How to use: The employee's chip card can also function as a parking authorization card. When the vehicle enters or leaves the parking lot, the employee only needs to place the card near the card reader at the entrance or exit for identity verification. Suitable for car park entrances and exits.

4. Office Equipment Usage Management:

How to use: To ensure that only authorized employees can use specific office equipment, set up a card reader on the device. Employees need to verify their IC chip cards when using it. Applicable next to office equipment that requires restricted access.

5. Staff Canteen:

How to use: Employees can use the RFID smart card to purchase meals in the employee cafeteria. After each consumption, the corresponding fee will be deducted from their account. Used in staff canteens, vending machines, etc.

6. Attendance and Time Recording:

How to use: When employees enter and leave the office building, the system can automatically record their attendance time through chip card verification, eliminating the need for another punch card machine. Used for main entrances and exits of office buildings.

7. Positioning in Emergency Situations:

How to use: By setting card readers in key areas of the building, managers can quickly determine which employees are still in the building during emergencies (such as a fire) to facilitate evacuation. Applicable to exits and security areas on each floor.
